Also went through this nightmare shader space so that I can (in the future) support double buildings slotted in more than a single direction.

The City Without That Number was submitted to the js13kGames 2024 competition by 4onen. It earned competition recognition. Like every js13k entry, the entire game — code, art, and audio — fits in 13 kilobytes, a constraint that rewards focused, clever design over bulk. Computer users still get nice mouseover hover until they select a building at which point their selection "locks" and they get confirmation.

Need to figure out what's eating the KeyboardInterrupts. Day 2: 2024-08-14 Started writing this changelog and initialized source control to make sure I don't lose track of my progress. Also dug deep into the `aiohttp.web.run_app` implementation to determine why it was eating my `KeyboardInterrupt`s.
